Overview

Build and maintain the agentic infrastructure—transcript pipelines, knowledge retrieval, insight extraction, and Nanopelagos integration—so every role’s workflow runs reliably and improves over time.

Responsibilities

  • —Own end-to-end transcript ingestion, cleaning, and downstream agent triggers.
  • —Maintain knowledge base architecture for Critical Insights and operational SOPs.
  • —Implement and monitor agent workflows across production, research, and marketing.
  • —Integrate Nanopelagos data flows with campaign and venture formation tools.
  • —Establish evaluation, logging, and guardrails for AI outputs.
  • —Document systems so human teammates can operate and extend automations safely.

Role requirements

Must have

  • · 3+ years software, data, or automation engineering with production ownership.
  • · Experience building LLM workflows, RAG, or multi-step agent pipelines.
  • · Comfort with APIs, webhooks, and cloud storage patterns.
  • · Ability to write clear technical documentation for non-engineers.
  • · Security-conscious approach to credentials, PII, and data retention.

Strong plus

  • · Supabase, Postgres, or similar backend experience.
  • · Media/post-production pipeline familiarity.
  • · Cursor, MCP, or agent orchestration platform experience.
  • · Prior work integrating CRM, Notion, or marketplace products.

Success metrics

  • · Transcript-to-insight pipeline SLA and error rate.
  • · Agent workflow uptime and successful run percentage.
  • · Knowledge retrieval accuracy on internal benchmarks.
  • · Time-to-ship for new workflow automations requested by leads.
