Overview
Define and execute visual language across campaign assets, web, decks, quote cards, and motion—ensuring every touchpoint feels like the same cinematic, editorial world.

Responsibilities
- —Maintain brand system: typography, color, layout, and asset templates.
- —Design quote cards, thumbnails, decks, and campaign collateral.
- —Support web updates for invest site and key landing experiences.
- —Collaborate with Marketing on launch asset packs per episode.
- —Prepare presentation materials for Think Tank and partner conversations.
- —Organize design files and templates for team and agent reuse.
Role requirements
Must have
- · 3+ years visual design for digital campaigns and editorial brands.
- · Portfolio spanning social assets, decks, and web/UI work.
- · Proficiency in Figma (or equivalent) and export for web/social.
- · Understanding of responsive web design collaboration with developers.
- · Ability to translate abstract themes into memorable visual systems.
Strong plus
- · Motion or light video graphics for social clips.
- · Experience with AI image tools under strict brand guardrails.
- · Editorial or documentary-adjacent aesthetic sensibility.
Success metrics
- · Launch asset delivery within 48 hours of episode approval.
- · Brand consistency scores from internal review.
- · Template reuse rate across campaigns.
- · Web and deck refresh cycles completed on schedule.
