Overview
Own the editorial north star for Stradaogist—guest development, partnership strategy, revenue architecture, and the bridge between cinematic conversation and venture formation. You translate conviction into calendar, capital, and coherent narrative.

Responsibilities
- —Set quarterly editorial themes and guest pipeline priorities aligned with Living Place Intelligence.
- —Develop strategic partnerships with operators, advisors, and Venture Alliance collaborators.
- —Own revenue strategy across founding contributions, sponsorships, and aligned commercial pathways.
- —Approve episode arcs, special series, and flagship convenings before production greenlight.
- —Chair editorial reviews with Research and Marketing to ensure intelligence and distribution align.
- —Represent the program formation in high-trust conversations with founders and partners.
Role requirements
Must have
- · 5+ years in editorial production, venture studio, or media leadership.
- · Track record developing long-form conversation or documentary-style programs.
- · Experience structuring partnerships that combine narrative, research, and commercial outcomes.
- · Comfort operating in ambiguous, founder-led environments with high editorial standards.
- · Strong written and spoken communication for executive-level stakeholders.
Strong plus
- · Podcast or cinematic interview production at scale.
- · Revenue modeling for media + intelligence + community products.
- · Familiarity with Think Tank or advisory council formats.
- · Experience with AI-assisted research and production workflows.
Success metrics
