Overview
Run field and studio production with cinematic standards—camera, audio, lighting, setup, recording, and bulletproof file handoff. You ensure every conversation captured is technically excellent and ready for post-production and intelligence workflows.

Responsibilities
- —Maintain and operate production kit: cameras, lenses, audio, lighting, and backup systems.
- —Lead on-location setup, sound checks, and recording sessions for long-form interviews.
- —Enforce file naming, redundancy, and integrity protocols before handoff to post and AI pipelines.
- —Coordinate shoot schedules with guests, Executive Producer, and location requirements.
- —Document equipment needs and maintenance for marketplace funding alignment.
- —Train contractors or assistants on Stradaogist production standards.
Role requirements
Must have
- · 3+ years professional video production (interview or documentary preferred).
- · Demonstrated expertise in location audio and multi-cam interview setups.
- · Reliable file management workflows (dual backup, organized proxies).
- · Ability to travel for field recordings and manage shoot-day logistics.
- · Portfolio showing cinematic interview or talking-head work.
Strong plus
- · Podcast-to-video or long-form YouTube production experience.
- · Color-managed workflows and basic post coordination.
- · Familiarity with transcript and proxy pipelines for AI processing.
Success metrics
- · Zero critical file-loss incidents per quarter.
- · Average setup-to-record time within team benchmarks.
