Overview

Transform dialogue into proprietary intelligence—Critical Insights essays, strategic briefs, market scans, and opportunity maps that feed Think Tank sessions and Nanopelagos formation.

Responsibilities

  • —Produce Critical Insights from episode transcripts and supplementary research.
  • —Maintain opportunity maps linking themes to Venture Alliance and prototype paths.
  • —Support Think Tank prep with briefing documents and synthesis memos.
  • —Fact-check and cite sources for all published intelligence products.
  • —Collaborate with AI Systems on prompt and extraction quality for insight workflows.
  • —Archive intelligence in the knowledge system for retrieval and reuse.

Role requirements

Must have

  • · 3+ years research, strategy, or editorial analysis (media, consulting, or venture).
  • · Exceptional long-form writing with clear argument structure.
  • · Comfort working from primary sources, transcripts, and expert interviews.
  • · Ability to synthesize complex topics for executive and contributor audiences.
  • · Strong attention to accuracy, attribution, and intellectual honesty.

Strong plus

  • · Experience with AI-assisted research and citation workflows.
  • · Background in organizational design, leadership, or place-based systems.
  • · Published essays, reports, or newsletter intelligence products.

Success metrics

  • · Critical Insights published per month against editorial calendar.
  • · Think Tank briefing satisfaction from session leads.
  • · Opportunity maps updated within 48 hours of flagship episodes.
  • · Citation and fact-check error rate near zero.
